A former senior local government administrator, Ms Roe was attracted to the job of principal of one of the North-East’s biggest and most modern FE colleges because of her interest in developing the skills of the next generation. |
I have worked in Further Education for 25 years and have enjoyed working in Colleges in South London and Suffolk before returning home, after 30 years, to the North East. I know the positive impact education can have on individuals and communities and know the important role Colleges have in supporting people to achieve, succeed, and progress within their chosen field. I am delighted to be part of a team that always goes the extra mile for every one of our students and gives them the best possible opportunity for success.
