Sarbdip Noonan
 Sarbdip was brought up, went to school and has spent most of her working life in colleges in London and this has given her great empathy and understanding of the local communities where she works. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Combined Science in 1986, and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education to become a qualified teacher the following year. In 2007, she achieved a Diploma in Management Studies. Her professional career covers the full span of 11 years to Adult education and training, encompassing both the School and Further Education (FE) sectors, along with working as a Local Authority Officer for Essex County Council. She has worked as a science teacher and Head of Department in schools and colleges, as an Executive Director of Pre-16 schools, a Vice Principal in three colleges, and became Principal of Stanmore College in 2016. She also carried out college inspections for 15 years as a part-time Ofsted Inspector. As a mother of three children, she is very aware of the challenges that face all young people in the twenty-first century.

Annette Cast joined Stanmore College as Principal on 1st August 2022. Annette was formerly Principal at Lewisham Southwark College and previously Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the College of Professional Services and Student Experience. With a wealth of experience in further and higher education and a track record of driving innovation and success, Annette will be focused on providing the best possible educational offer for Harrow residents.
