First appointed at HSFC in September 2002 as a Maths Teacher, Catherine has a degree in Physics from Imperial College London and a PGCE in 11-18 education from King’s College London. She has held various posts at the College including Further Maths Co-ordinator, Head of Maths, Teaching and Learning Co-ordinator, Director of Quality, Vice Principal: Curriculum and Quality and now Principal. |

Catherine became Principal of the College in March 2023 after a period as Acting Principal.
Peter became Principal of the College in September 2017, having been the Deputy Principal at the College for a significant period during which the College gained two outstanding Ofsted inspections and became the inaugural TES Sixth Form College of the Year in 2016. Peter has worked on Academy Trusts and was a member of the British Colleges' Sports Board for a number of years, due to his interest in student life beyond the classroom. Peter previously worked in schools and at Priestley College in Warrington, having graduated in Chemistry from Nottingham.
