Phil has 20 years of experience across higher education, further education and sixth form colleges and we are delighted to welcome him to lead the success of our sixth form provision. Across his career, he has specialised in sixth form college education, most recently at Ashton Sixth Form College. His teaching experience includes English Language, Literature, Philosophy and Religious Studies and he has taught and led at every level from sub-entry to taught MA. Phil most recently worked for Kirklees Council as Head of Post-16 and Progression, leading on education relationships and quality, adult and community learning, school and college volunteering, and careers education, information, advice and guidance.
