Lisa Capper

Lisa Capper is the Principal of Totton College and of all Nacro Educational Services. She joined Nacro in November 2016. Lisa’s previous role was Vice Principal, Schools of North Warwickshire and Hinckley College, a further education college, as well as Executive Director of the Midlands Academies Trust, which was established by Hinckley College.

Lisa also has significant third sector senior management experience, and has held senior roles in the civil service including at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, and the Department for Education and Skills.
