Nicki has over 16 years experience in post-16 education, spending the last six years as Deputy Principal at Hills Road Sixth Form College, initially leading on curriculum and the quality of teaching and learning, before moving across to lead on student progression and support. She is passionate about extending and enriching the curriculum for students, with a particular expertise in the Extended Project Qualification, acting as Principal Moderator nationwide for the OCR exam board for several years. |
