Lawrence Wood

Lawrence joined us in August 2024 from Coleg Llandrillo in North Wales, where he was principal. He has worked in the further education sector for nearly 25 years, including more than a decade in senior post-holder positions. Lawrence has a wealth of experience in partnership working and employer engagement, and has led on a number of significant projects strengthening the role of the college within the community as well as serving as a peer inspector for Estyn, the Welsh education and training inspectorate.

Graham Guest

Graham Guest is the CEO and Principal of Telford College, which was formed in December 2017 from the merger of New College Telford and Telford College of Arts and Technology. Graham was appointed in March 2017 and led what has been described as a seamless merger. Graham has experience of working at a senior level at a number of colleges around the country, and also ran his own successful private training and consultancy business. Prior to working in Telford he spent 10 years working in London at number of colleges and also at the Mayor’s office.
