Paul has extensive teaching and leadership experience within schools and colleges. He has been Principal of Regent College, a diverse, multicultural and inclusive Sixth Form College in central Leicester, since 2008. He has led the development of an inclusive curriculum with academic and vocational provision from Entry to Advanced level. Since 2013 he has been Chair of the Tertiary Federation Leicester (TFL), the partnership leading and promoting collaboration between the Leicester based post 16 providers, and he is a board member of the cross phase Leicester Education Strategic Partnership (LESP). He has been Chair of the AOC East Midlands Sports Portfolio Group, as well as a national board member of AOC sport and is an FA licensed football coach and mentor. Paul is also a mentor to aspiring leaders who are following the sixth form leadership development programme and is a Governor with link responsibilities for teaching and learning in a city secondary school. |
