Improve the standards achieved by learners across all learning areas in order to achieve the targets in the strategic plan.
Improve the quality of teaching in all programme areas in order to increase the proportion of good and excellent teaching.
Make sure that skills policies are used effectively to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of all learners.
Maximise the use of the electronic Individual Learning Plans across the college to set and monitor learner targets and to allow learners to take more responsibility for their progress.
Promote the importance and use of the Welsh language across the college in line with the college’s bilingual strategy.
